Greetings from a fellow CX Geek!

Howdy folks,

I’m Tami, a self-proclaimed CX Geek (and coffee addict) with a flair for Experience Thinking (XT) and Customer Success (CS), which is just a trendy way of saying that I get paid to create awesome experiences for people :)

I’ve been toying with the idea of turning my thoughts and experiences into meaningful posts for others to read, but have always talked myself out of it as I’m not really sure that what I have to say is any more meaningful than the content that’s already out there.

However, I recently received some great advice that seems to have struck a chord:

You might be writing content about similar topics as other posters, but your perspective and experiences are unique to you, which gives you an opportunity to connect with a totally different audience!” 

— A kind soul within the CX Accelerator community.

And who can argue with that logic, hey? [Spoiler Alert] I couldn’t!

So…with that in mind, keep an eye out for my first piece which will be an open letter to companies and leaders across the globe who are looking to become a customer-first organisation.
